Watch SUP Racing on the X-Weighted TV Show

A Kelowna family was featured on the show X-Weighted and along with their fitness goals, their sport challenge was to learn how to Stand Up Paddle Board and complete the course at the 2010 Kalavida Summer Series Race on June 5, 2010. They started off at H2O pool in Kelowna and practiced on Kalamalka Lake until the big day. Kalavida Surf Shop opens on Saturday, May 1

The gang at Kalavida Surf Shop let us know that they are opening their doors this coming Saturday, May 1.  Shop will be full of boards and paddles and new stock will be arriving daily as the store fills up.    They also have a special offer on rentals for the weekend as well so check out their website.  Kalavida offers Stand Up Paddle board sales and rentals in Vernon, Kelowna and the Okanagan.
